about slate racing:
Founded with the desire to create space for women within the heavily male dominated motorsports world, Slate Racing is Canada's first female led sportscar racing team. With a mission to create opportunities for all within motorsports, Slate is breaking down barriers in the industry.
Currently female drivers make up only 7% of professional drivers globally. As one of the only sports where men and women compete head to head, this discrepancy is staggering. Additionally the workforce in motorsports is largely male. Many of the members of Slate Racing have worked on teams where they are the only female.
Slate Racing exists to change that. Join us as we move towards a future where diversity isn't just accepted; it's expected.
